Information collected
When you contact us directly, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, telephone number or messaging profile, message, project requirements and budget.
You may contact us for quotes, service questions, collaboration proposals or other enquiries. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry.
Purposes and legal basis
Contact details and message contents are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible project or collaboration, and prepare a quote where requested. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing or automatically create a service contract.
The following GDPR bases apply where the GDPR governs the processing. Applicable Moldovan data protection law also applies to the operator. Submitting a message is not treated as blanket consent to all processing.
Quote requests: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR covers information necessary to prepare a quote or take other steps towards a contract at the request of the individual who would be a party to it. For someone acting on behalf of a company, the relevant basis is Article 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and communicating with that representative.
Service questions, collaboration proposals and other messages: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies to the necessary handling of correspondence, answering the sender and assessing a relevant business relationship. If a service question or collaboration proposal involves necessary steps towards a contract with the sender personally, Article 6(1)(b) applies to those steps instead. Unrelated reuse or marketing is not covered by these purposes.
Contracted projects: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR covers personal data necessary to deliver and administer the project for an individual contracting in their own name. For client-company representatives, Article 6(1)(f) covers necessary project coordination and business communication. This does not automatically cover every item of personal data a client may provide within project materials; any processing on a client's instructions needs its own role and contractual assessment.
Website operation and security: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR covers technical processing necessary to deliver requested pages, maintain availability and prevent abuse. The legitimate interests are a functioning, secure website and protection of communications. This basis is limited to necessary and proportionate processing; it does not replace consent for optional Analytics.
Google Analytics: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, managed separately through the cookie controls. You may refuse or withdraw it without losing access to the website or direct contact options.
After a project ends, limited records may be retained under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Where a legal duty requires retention, its applicability and legal basis are assessed separately. Retention limits are set out below.
Legitimate-interest processing is limited by necessity and by your rights and reasonable expectations. You may object on grounds relating to your particular situation using the contact details in this notice.
Hosting and technical data
The website is hosted by Hostinger. No separate Cloudflare or CDN service is configured by Akepulse Studio. Delivering pages involves technical requests to the hosting infrastructure, including the visitor's IP address and browser request information.
Hostinger publishes a Data Processing Addendum that describes it as a processor for customer data within the covered services. That scope is distinct from Hostinger's own account administration described in its privacy policy. Hostinger Data Processing Addendum · Hostinger Privacy Policy.
Direct contact and email
Email is received in the operator’s free personal Gmail account at akepulsedigital@gmail.com, not a Google Workspace account. WhatsApp, Telegram and Viber contact cards are currently unavailable until verified contact details are added. No messaging widgets or SDKs are embedded on this website.
Google states that it does not act as a data processor or offer a Data Processing Agreement for consumer Gmail. This account is therefore not presented as an email-processing service covered by Google Workspace contractual safeguards. Google Privacy Help Center.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber, we process the information you share to handle your enquiry. The selected provider also processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. Opening a contact link does not itself send a message. Our website cookie preferences do not control storage or processing within external apps and websites.
International processing
The operator handles enquiries from the Republic of Moldova. Google states that data may be processed on servers outside the user's country. Hostinger and Google publish contractual transfer provisions for covered services, but their applicability depends on the actual service, parties and data flow. This notice does not assert that all data stays in the EU or that one transfer mechanism automatically covers all providers.
Data retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are retained for no more than 12 months from receipt.
Data and conversations relating to contracted client projects are retained for no more than 3 years from completion of the project and the associated contractual obligations. A different period applies only where a legal duty or a specific, documented justification requires it. Any exception must identify the relevant records, reason and duration; this is not permission to keep all data indefinitely. Data no longer needed for a lawful purpose should be deleted earlier.
Google Analytics 4 and consent
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand visits and usage of the main website. The measurement ID is G-0LC82EB642. Analytics is optional and is based on your consent. For all visitors, the Google Analytics library is blocked until you select Accept or enable Analytics and save your preferences. Rejecting Analytics does not prevent use of the site or direct contact options.
Once enabled, Analytics processes website usage and technical browser/device information. The page address supplied by our integration excludes query strings and fragments, and the referrer is limited to its origin. Our integration does not configure advertising trackers. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in the tag configuration.
Enhanced Measurement Form interactions is disabled in the GA4 property. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, private messages and other personal correspondence must not be sent to Google Analytics.
Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days, after which you are asked again. Use Cookie Settings in the footer to change or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal disables further collection for this Analytics property and removes its accessible first-party Analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not automatically delete data already received by Google or affect the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing. Contact us about requests concerning previously collected data.
See the Cookie Policy for storage details and Google's privacy information.
For Analytics services covered by Google's Data Processing Terms, those terms describe Google as a processor of customer personal data. This does not determine Google's role for consumer Gmail or for separate data-sharing features. Google Data Processing Terms.

The main page loads Google Fonts. Font delivery connects your browser to Google and sends technical request information, including your IP address. See Google Fonts' FAQ.

Your data protection rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may also have rights to data portability and to object to processing. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You may lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority, including in the EU country of your habitual residence or workplace, or where an alleged infringement occurred.
You may also contact the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova about matters within its competence.
Data protection rights under applicable Moldovan law are also available. Requests may be sent by email or to the correspondence address above.
